The steps
A mobile app development process is not a poster. Ours is: Discovery → UX/UI → Development → QA → Deployment (App Store / Google Play) → Maintenance. That is the same spine as our MVP 20-day track, stretched when the product is larger.
Discovery names users, the must-have journey, and an explicit out-of-scope list. UX/UI includes empty and error states. Development is native, Flutter or React Native as decided — Flutter details live on the Flutter app development company page. QA is devices and OS versions, not only a simulator. Deployment is store assets, certificates and monitoring. Maintenance is OS and plugin drift.
Quality gates
We do not start a large build on a slogan. A short discovery pass before a large build is a good sign in any app development company you hire — including us.
